Your privacy is really big deal to us, so we take it pretty seriously. Mintrics is registered as Mintrics LTD in the UK under Companies House under the number 09930338. Mintrics’ website is located at mintrics.com, from now on referred to as “Site”.

By using our Site you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United Kingdom. If you reside outside the UK your personally identifiable information will be transferred to the UK, and processed and stored there under UK privacy standards.

By visiting our Site and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in the UK.

What data do we collect?

We, Mintrics, collect your data when you sign in to use the website, including when you use the “Sign in with Facebook” button to access the Site via your Facebook account.

Upon logging in, we ask you for your permission to grant us access to you basic information, including your name, social network ID, email address, date of birth, and location. Moreover, we collect information about the Pages that you manage as well as the videos that have been uploaded to those Pages. Page data includes, but is not limited to, Page name, ID, link, number of fans and a list of the videos posted.

Video data includes, but is not limited to, number of views, interactions on the video (also known as engagement) as well as basic information related to the video itself.

Why do we collect your data?

We need to access your data in order to provide you with the services available through the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, showing you your data analyzed, allowed you to view your data in different ways, and in order to be to communicate with you and manage your account.

We need your data in order to personalize your experience and to keep improving the Site to better serve you and your needs.

How do we protect your information?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We do not use Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We may send you various newsletters or communications which may include, for instance, details about the Services and their features, including newsletters containing special offers in which you may be interested.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link and/or instructions placed at the bottom of the email.

We may occasionally send you important information (including via email) about our Services that you are using or have used including changes to applicable terms and conditions and/or other communications.

These important Service communications are not affected by your marketing communication preferences.

We use cookies so that the users can login into the system and fully navigate within the system; turning off cookies would result in the user being unable to login to the system.

Revoking access to your data

At anytime, you may choose to revoke Mintrics’ access to your data by logging in to your Facebook account, and navigating to the list of apps that you had previously granted access to, and then choose to revoke. After this step, Mintrics will neither have access to your information, nor will it be able to provide you with the Services on the Site.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
